Hi again! I did some work to fix the bug you mentioned. NarrativeOS-Update-01.html is the file with the updated features, including the progress bar updating dynamically (I also added it to the full screen mode so you can use the sprint mode without having to toggle). Thank you for the nudge toward fixing that problem, it inspired a few other features too!

The progress bar isn’t working; it just stays stuck on the same color. But even so, I’m loving the tool.
